4. Medical Emergencies
Our services are not intended for emergency medical situations. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately by calling 000 or your health care provider.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription Fees: Fees for our services are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, as per your chosen subscription plan.

Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Direct Debit and Dishonour Fees: If you choose to pay for your subscription or services via direct debit, it is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your nominated account on the payment due date. If your payment is declined, dishonoured, or otherwise cannot be processed, your bank or financial institution may charge you a dishonour fee. These fees are charged directly by your bank and are separate from any fees or charges applied by Heart Care Connect. We are not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any dishonour fees or related charges imposed by your bank.
